Why do police use dogs as part of their team to find thieves?

Dogs are considered to be loyal, watchful, and protective animals. That is why they are the most popular pets. Because of these qualities, they are from an important part of the team of police. They are trained extensively and can help to solve a difficult case.

Dogs help to sniff the whereabouts of a thief which normally a policeman cannot know.

Dogs help to find out illegal drugs or explosives because of their strong sense of smell.

They can be great guards until the policeman is away. If the thief tries to act smart, they can bark and even chase the thief till the policeman return and puts him in jail!

Fast Fact: Dogs specially trained by the police have a sense of smell 50 times stronger than a man!
